I have spent over ten years as an IT leader supporting highly regulated financial institutions (inclusive of banking and wealth management organizations), driving security risk mitigation efforts, and architecting solutions to support global operations. I have reported to the CEOs, presidents, or COOs and have been the leading executive for technology strategy in companies as large as 5 billion AUM and company sizes ranging 200-500 supported individuals. I have been on the ground floor of building IT strategies for startups and re-structuring faulty technology foundations while companies grow.

I am originally from Minnesota and enjoy the midwestern values and cabin life. My husband and I are passionate about foster care and are regular church attendees at Substance Church in downtown Minneapolis. We love our community and have deep roots here!

This is my motley crew. The handsome and intelligent man is my husband, a CFA charter holder, my CFO, and my best friend. Our daughter is the bright spirit hanging on my leg in the first picture (you can’t see her) and then scooped up by dad in the other pictures. This is us. The Lahm’s.
